The Organizing Committee of 2025 Suwon ITS Asia Pacific Forum collects personal information for the following reasons.
Identification of registrant for confirmation or modification of registration details, and delivery of notifications
To offer information or promote the forum by phone, SMS, email, and DM
Photography & Video: We might take photographs and videos on-site during the event, program, meeting, etc. that might be used on our website and our YouTube channel just to be kept in our records, etc. If the user’s image is captured in our photographs and videos circulated for the above purpose, the user has the right to request that that photo be removed / deleted by contacting us via email (

Personal information will not be used for other purposes other than providing services. If the purpose of the use is changed, the Organizing Committee of 2025 Suwon ITS Asia Pacific Forum would take necessary measures such as asking for the user’s consent in compliance.

We may share partial and/or processed data with the following parties if necessary: 2025 Suwon ITS Asia Pacific Forum Organizing Committee, ITS AP Secretariat, Hotels, Korea/Gyeonggi Tourism Organization, Suwon Convention Bureau, transportation companies, sponsors, exhibitors, catering, and other designated parties deemed necessary by the Organizing Committee.

We retain and use personal information from the date user first sign up until the purpose of collection and use of such information is accomplished.
For handling of participant’s demand: 30 days after withdrawal
For records on application or withdrawal of registration and the like: 3 years
