The Organizing Committee of 2025 Suwon ITS Asia Pacific Forum welcomes the submission of papers that reflect the breadth and depth of ideas
in the ITS sector, addressing its challenges, trends, and transformative opportunities for Plenary Sessions, Executive Sessions,
Special Sessions and Scientific/Technical Sessions.
Categories
Scientific Papers: Scientific papers should adhere to rigorous academic standards. These papers will undergo a thorough review by highly qualified experts. Papers submitted as scientific but not meeting the required scientific criteria may still be considered as technical papers.
Technical Papers: Technical papers can cover a wide range of topics, including technical, political, institutional, business, and economic aspects of ITS.

Only Online submission will be accepted via Official Website. All papers must be written and presented in English.
Scientific/Technical papers must meet rigorous scientific standards to convince reviewers.
An acknowledgment of submission will be sent to your registered email address. This notification includes your paper tracking number and details but does not constitute acceptance.
Both abstracts and papers must be submitted to the 2025 Suwon ITS AP Forum website.
Submission Deadline for Paper(s): February 17, 2025
The selection outcome for Papers, following the review process, will be sent by February 2025. All the Speakers of accepted Papers must register and complete payment for the Forum to be included in the final program.
